ADNOC and PETRONAS sign 15-year 1 MTPA SPA for Ruwais LNG

ADNOC signed an SPA with PETRONAS for the delivery of 1 MTPA of LNG sourced primarily from Ruwais LNG project for 15 years following the conversion of an HoA signed earlier. Deliveries are expected to start in 2028 upon commencement of commercial operations. With this agreement, 8 MTPA of the project’s production capacity has been contracted.
