Adnoc Gas, GAIL finalize 10-year LNG supply deal

Adnoc Gas has signed a 10-year deal with India’s GAIL to supply 0.52 mtpa of LNG from its Das Island facility starting in 2026. This supports India’s goal to increase natural gas use to 15% of its energy mix by 2030. Adnoc plans to double its LNG production to meet rising global demand and is investing in the 9.6 mtpa Al Ruwais project, set to begin production by 2028, with most output already committed to long-term contracts.
