Botas signs 10-year LNG supply deals with Eni and SEFE

Turkey’s state-owned Botas has signed two 10-year LNG sales and purchase agreements with Italy’s Eni and Germany’s SEFE, announced at the World LNG Summit in Istanbul. Under the deal, Eni will supply about 0.4 mtpa of LNG, equivalent to 5 bcm over the contract period, starting in 2028. SEFE said in a separate statement that it will deliver about 0.5 mtpa of LNG, equivalent of 6 bcm of LNG over the 10-year term, with deliveries beginning in the fourth quarter of 2028.
