Cheniere completes third train at Corpus Christi LNG expansion project

Cheniere has completed Train 3 at its Corpus Christi Stage 3 expansion in Texas, with Train 4 in commissioning and first LNG expected in November. The seven-train, 10.5 mtpa Stage 3 project is on track for full completion in 2026, with Trains 5–7 to follow next year. In parallel, Cheniere’s Trains 8 and 9, FID in June 2025, are under construction and 21% complete.
