Cheniere kicks off commissioning at fifth Corpus Christi expansion train

Cheniere has begun commissioning activities at Train 5 of the Corpus Christi Stage 3 LNG expansion in Texas, including startup operations and the introduction of propane following approval from US FERC. The seven-train, 10+ mtpa Stage 3 project, is progressing ahead of schedule, with total liquefaction capacity at the Corpus Christi terminal expected to exceed 30 mtpa later this decade.
