Enagas to buy stake in French gas grid operator Terega

Enagás has agreed to buy a 31.5% stake in France’s Terega for $675 million, with closing expected in 2026, strengthening cross-border gas infrastructure between Spain and France. Terega operates about 5,100 km of pipelines and two underground storage sites, representing 16% of France’s gas transmission network and 27% of its storage capacity.
