EQT and Ignitis seal LNG supply deal

Ignitis has officially signed its long-term LNG SPA with EQT in New York, following the tender launched in August. The deal covers 10 LNG cargoes over 2027–2036, equal to one cargo per year. Pricing will be linked to both TTF and Henry Hub, helping Lithuania reduce exposure to European price volatility. The agreement supports Lithuania’s supply diversification strategy and complements Ignitis’ long-term capacity bookings at Klaipeda LNG.
