Excelerate buys NFE’s Jamaican interests

New Fortress Energy has finalized a deal to sell its assets and operations in Jamaica to Excelerate Energy. The sale includes an LNG import terminal in Montego Bay, a floating storage and regasification terminal in Old Harbour, and a Combined Heat and Power Plant in Clarendon.
