Shell to supply US LNG cargo to Bulgargaz

Shell will supply one US LNG cargo to Bulgargaz via a Turkish LNG terminal after winning a spot tender against four other bidders. The cargo is due to arrive in Turkiye at the end of May and will be used to cover Bulgarian consumer demand during the summer season. The delivery relies on Bulgargaz’s capacity agreement with Botas, giving it access to Turkish LNG terminals and the Turkish gas grid.
