AMIGO LNG Signs 2 long term SPAs with Gunvor and Macquarie

AMIGO LNG, a Mexican JV of Epcilon LNG LLC and LNG Alliance, signed a20-year SPA with Gunvor for 0.85 MTPA of LNG starting in late 2028, tied to its first liquefaction train from its planned 7.8 MTPA LNG export plant in Guaymas,Mexico. Amigo has also signed a 15-year LNG SPA with Macquarie Group for0.6 MTPA. Deliveries will start with the first liquefaction train in H2 2028 ofthis project that leverages connectivity to the U.S. Permian Basin.
