Bangladesh seeks three spot LNG cargoes

Bangladesh’s RPGCL launched a tender for 3 spot LNG cargoes for delivery on June 8–9, June 9–10, and June 14–15. The tender closes on May 7 and was sent to spot LNG suppliers. Since QatarEnergy declared force majeure on March 4, RPGCL has issued 9 tenders for 22 spot LNG cargoes. Qatar remains Bangladesh’s main long-term LNG supplier.
