Glenfarne’s Texas LNG, Macquarie ink 20-year LNG supply deal

Glenfarne’s Texas LNG, developer of the planned 4 mtpa export terminal in Brownsville, has signed a 20-year SPA with Macquarie Energy. Under the deal, Macquarie will purchase 0.5 mtpa of LNG,  converting the companies’ earlier non-binding heads of agreement into a binding contract.
