Lithuania’s KN to offer long-term capacity at Klaipeda FSRU

Lithuania's state-owned KN Energies plans to launch a long-term LNG terminal capacity allocation for the 2033-2044 period at its Klaipeda FSRU-based terminal, starting with a market sounding process open untill february 6. The terminal is fully booked until 2032 with part of the post-2033 capacity already contracted , as many European LNG terminals are sold out beyond 2030. KN will offer 28 TWh per year, divided into seven packages of 4 TWh each, giving market players the opportunity to secure future capacity.
