Vitol, IRH finalize 20-year LNG supply deal

Vitol signed a 20-year FOB LNG SPA with IRH Global Trading for 1 mtpa of supply linked to Delfin Midstream’s US FLNG project. The deal follows a 2025 heads of agreement under which Delfin LNG supplies Vitol, with Vitol delivering the volumes to IRH’s trading arm. Delfin recently took FID on its first 4.4 mtpa FLNG unit offshore Louisiana, backed by buyers including Vitol, Expand Energy, Centrica and Gunvor. The agreement gives IRH long-term access to diversified LNG supply while adding another outlet for Delfin-linked US floating LNG volumes.

Shell signs 0.4 MTPA SPA for 5 years with PetroVietnam Gas

PV Gas, a subsidiary of Vietnam’s NOC PetroVietnam, has awarded Shell a five-year LNG supply contract for 20.7 TBtu (around 0.4 MMtpa), with deliveries to the Thi Vai LNG terminal starting in 2027 on a DES basis.
