Gunvor and Delfin seal new LNG SPA

Gunvor signed a 20-year FOB LNG offtake deal with Delfin Midstream for 0.3 mtpa from Delfin FLNG1 offshore Louisiana. The deal adds to Gunvor’s existing Delfin-linked LNG portfolio. Delfin has not updated FLNG1 FID timing, after previously indicating a February 2026 decision.
