Indian Oil starts LNG deliveries to Nepal

Indian Oil has completed the first trucked LNG delivery to Nepal, marking the country’s debut LNG import. The cargo was received at Nepal’s first LNG regasification plant in Simara, operated by SG Group’s Yogya Holdings. The delivery follows a supply agreement under which Indian Oil will truck 240 tons of LNG per year from its Dhamra LNG terminal.
