Kinetics expands FSRU fleet with Arctic Voyager conversion
Kinetics, a Karpowership initiative, will convert the Arctic Voyager LNG carrier into a floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to be named LNGT Akdeniz. The converted vessel is expected to have approximately 143,000 cbm of LNG storage capacity and a regasification rate of 650 mmscfd, with delivery targeted for Q3 2028.
The project will expand Kinetics’ portfolio of flexible LNG import infrastructure and reflects continued demand for rapidly deployable regasification capacity.
