Uniper and Ksi Lisims LNG seal long-term LNG supply deal

Uniper signed a 20-year FOB LNG SPA with Ksi Lisims LNG for 2 mtpa from the planned Canadian export project. Deliveries are expected from 2032, giving Uniper destination-flexible volumes to support European supply security. The deal follows a June preliminary agreement and marks the first major long-term LNG supply contract between Canada and Germany. Ksi Lisims is a pre-FID 12 mtpa project, with Shell and TotalEnergies already signed for 2 mtpa each, and SEFE discussing 1 mtpa.
