Venture Global takes CP2 FID

Venture  Global has taken FID and closed $15.1 billion in project financing for the  first phase of its third LNG project, Venture Global CP2 LNG, with a peak  capacity of 28 MTPA, set to start deliveries in 2027. This marks the largest  standalone LNG project financing to date, backed by over $34 billion in bank  commitments without outside equity.
