Adnoc and Inpex seal 15-year Ruwais LNG SPA

Adnoc signed a 15-year LNG SPA with Inpex for up to 1 mtpa from the Ruwais LNG project. The deal is the first long-term LNG agreement announced under Adnoc and XRG’s new global LNG marketing and trading platform. Ruwais LNG, due to start commercial operations in 2028, has now committed 90% of its 9.6 mtpa capacity to buyers in Asia and Europe.
