Nebula’s AG&P LNG to buy Australia’s Venice Energy

Nebula Energy's AG&P LNG is acquiring Venice Energy, which is developing an FSRU-based LNG import project at Port Adelaide. Set for completion by early 2027, the project will secure gas supplies for South Australia and Victoria. AG&P plans to convert an LNG carrier into an FSRU, advancing its Australian market expansion and growth strategy.
